A high energy yoga flow. Vinyasa yoga translates to the special placement of things. It is a continuous thread of yoga asana with breath connecting each movement. Our vinyasa classes range from 30-60 minutes. This is a strength building and cardio class.

Hatha is similar to vinyasa in it’s postures but the holds are longer to build strength and focus on alignment. Be sure to continue to stay with your breath in each hold. This is great for promoting mental clarity and focus.

Vinyasa flows between 30-40 minutes to wake up the body and mind. These are one breath to one movement classes.

A deeply restorative yoga class holding relaxing yoga postures for long holds and slower breaths. Longer holds results in a deep stretch in the connective tissue releasing deeply rooted stress. Yoga blocks and bolsters are recommended for Yin yoga classes.
